What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for small items. In original condition, and with original packaging. But for bigger sofas, please contact our support team before returning any item.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase. Custom orders and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before purchasing.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Most in-stock sofas are shipped within 3–5 business days and delivered within 7–29 business days, depending on your location and the size of the item. You’ll receive tracking updates once your order ships.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured mostly in Hubei, China, but we are also developing new production lines in the future.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping large furniture like sofas is a complex and costly process. Depending on the destination and product size, the actual freight cost can reach up to $600 per item. However, at Agoodsofa, we’ve chosen to include this cost in the product price to keep things simple and transparent for our customers.
This means:

✅ Your sofa will be delivered using trusted freight partners, with tracking and white-glove handling when possible.
